Voyager is a New Zealand owned internet and communications specialist.
With offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch we provide home broadband and phone services to kiwis across the country.
What makes Voyager different?
We’re local – we’re New Zealand owned and our friendly helpdesk teams are based in Wellington and Christchurch. If you do need to call us, you won’t have to decipher any IT jargon to get your question answered. Our helpdesk teams speak straight up kiwi lingo, they’ll offer their expertise and help in a way which makes sense to you, and they’ll get your internet connection sorted sweet as.
We’re fast – we deliver internet to kiwis across the country at supersonic speeds! Either through ADSL/VDSL or Fibre, we enable our customers to do the things they love without being interrupted by a pesky buffering ring, whether that’s streaming the latest movie, gaming, or connecting with friends and family online.
We don’t lock you into a contract – All of our home broadband plans are no fixed term contract. We know our customers choose to stay with us because we offer great broadband at an even better price.
We’re not like the big guys – and we don’t want to be! You might not have heard of Voyager, we’re relative newbies. We started out in 2010 by Seeby Woodhouse (a fellow Kiwi) and he still owns the business. We’re pretty new but we’re growing fast; in 2014 we were awarded New Zealand’s fastest growing company! We don’t try and act like the bigger guys out there, we quite like our down to earth style. Our approach means we can offer excellent customer service and treat our customers as individuals, rather than a number in a phone queue (our calls are usually answered within 90 seconds!)
What services do we offer?
We provide broadband and phone services to homes and businesses across the country.
All of our plans are no fixed term contract and include unlimited data. We offer ADSL/VDSL and Fibre broadband (where it’s available.)
